Need to work harder

I don't want to cry because of my stupidity.
I don't want to see the frown and stress on senior's face when he reviewed my works.
I don't want people to say "ur working paper is messy, ur documentation is bad, ur tickmars & fonts is ugly, ur are so slow etc" again.
I am already trying as hard as I can, but I guess it is still not enough.
I guess it is not enough to be "at my best", if my best is still good enough to them.
Time to work harder so that I will have some breakthroughs.
